Delaney kicked her way past a handful of competitors in the final 300 meters at the Oregon State Cross Country Championships to place 16st in a time of 11:56.75 on a muddy and cold 3K course in Portland. The run was a PR by more than 30 second and shattered her previous time for the same course from last year by over a minute.
